Tutorial9 provides tutorials encompassing graphic design, website development, and photography. The design of the site takes into consideration the creative topic with a huge background graphic spanning from behind the main content, made up of digitally crafted icon-like elements including paintbrushes, pencils and rulers.

DesignBombs

DesignBombs is a new CSS web design gallery showcasing some of the most creative sites on the net. The design of the DesignBombs site has an impressive vector theme, with crisp shapes, cute characters and an awesome landscape inspired footer graphic.

Corvus

Corvus is a design and graphic art studio from California who specialise in web design, identity and marketing print materials. The site design boasts a vibrant background design made of intricate floral illustrations and bright colours, all of which is roughed up with canvas texture and watercolour style brush strokes.

Campaign Monitor

Campaign Monitor is an email marketing software package aimed specifically for designers. Its website makes use of the latest web design styles with a crisp and clean layout, an impactful band of colour and plenty of detailed icons. The main header has a cool lighting effect emitting from a screenshot of the app, drawing in focus to the key area of the page.

Lifetree Creative

Lifetree Creative is a full-service design agency in Kansas City who specialise in producing creative solutions for small businesses and Christian organisations. Their site design uses a range of coloured bands to separate the various sections of the page, each containing well structured elements and digestible content. The slideshow combined with the Macbook Pro on the homepage makes for a cool introduction to their work.
