These look the same as last week, i like that you put the effort into finding sites of the week but these are just identical in style to the last ones. its almost parodic.

James, I appreciate the intent of your message, but there have been a number of negative comments recently.

I’ve been following this site for quite a few years and Chris has always kept up with putting out articles on this site and blogspoongraphics regularly and on time every week.

I don’t know him personally, but it must be quite a challenge running two sites and finding unique good looking websites each time, especially when a lot of web designs pretty much look the same these days.

That may be the problem, there may just not be that much innovation in the web world at the moment. But looking at the ‘Letters Inc’ site, how is that the same as last week?

His tutorials have taught me a great deal about design in general and have helped me to finally go it alone. As I didn’t go to “design school”, this has been invaluable.

Everyone do him a favour and drop him a line if you come across a site that is outstanding and unique so that we all can share. It may just make running this site a little easier and keep a good resource for newer designers going.

He is quite amiable when contacted and appreciates any ideas that you may personally offer.

Simon-great reply to James – I appreciate you coming up with a suggestion of dropping a line to Chris whenever we come across a unique design…to keep innovative thinking alive! Kudos to you :)

I’d love to know why you pick the sites you do. What about them, in your opinion, makes the “outstanding”? A little insight into your reasoning would be helpful. Thanks.

Sorry, to clarify…I’m a web design student, so learning what makes a site great, would be awesome.
