I also love the use of colour on Pixelbot, the pink really works for the site.

Seen most of these except for the Giraffe one. The boldness and typography on that is so appealing.

Giraffe is bold and colourful and the jQuery works really well with the design.
All of them are simply awesome.
I particularly love the sushi and robots site. They even deliberately put the grid used to design it in the background. A nice little touch.
Sushi & Robots wins for me; though I can see why many favor “pixel bot” it has that clean mac feel to it.
