I’m a fan of these simplistic, clean designs at the moment. I think the way text is formatted and positioned in relation to other elements on the page makes a big difference. These sites get the balance just right.

I like the Billings Touch website the best, since it added a little extra color. The others seem too minimalist for me. Still, nice clean designs.
