Some nice sites. I think have to agree with Markus and say Chris Linden and DesignWise are my favourite too.

I love the large typography used in DesignWise. Thanks for sharing.

Great post as usual, Really like the Designwise website.

I need to get the hang of using background textures in my websites. Anyone got any decent tips?

Love the typographic websites. I find it really difficult to to see what other websites would suit typographic design other than anything design related, would be great to find something else, like a cupcake shop perhaps. I think you could probably work with typography on anything food related I guess. I really like the simple footer design on The Plant too, it's subtle but is still an interesting element of the whole design.
