Good collection, I've seen a few of these before but they're still good. That being said I am getting a bit bored of seeing layouts like the one on Taptivate.
A great point, Chris. A lot of app-related websites, such as Leaflet, have the same layout. It can certainly get boring really fast!
I like Simply Beautiful. Chris, you seem to have a penchant for iPhone app sites :)
