I particularly like the Fork site, especially how it responds to different screen sizes. It's attention to detail like that and keeping such a consistent high quality design across several sizes that impresses me.

Nice post, Chris. I feel like I've come across several of these sites recently, probably scattered throughout a variety of color-specific discussions. It's a strong showing overall, and I wouldn't mind seeing the collection expanded. Have you considered keeping a curated, continually updated list?

It's quite interesting to see that the main colours for each site usually use the same sub colour sets. Whether it's just good design sense or not, it does give strong indication of how well they work together.
